Peace, Mercy, and the Bliss of Allaah’s Pleasure Within Be Upon You , O Righteous Forerunner (in Faith) Supporters in Blessed Gaza and Throughout Palestine, and Upon the Yemeni Ansarullah, and Upon All the Supporters of Allaah in the Arab and Islamic Nations, and Upon all the Supporters of Allaah Across the Worlds.

And May It Be Upon All the People of Compassion In the Realm of Human Mercy, Regardless of their Religion or Race—Beloved Ones of the Heart of Imam Al-Mahdi, Nasser Mohammed Al-Yamani, Among All Peoples. So Be Patient, Persevere, Remain Steadfast, and Stand United as One Hand Against the Devils Among Mankind, the Enemies of Human Mercy—Those Whose Hearts are Harder than Stone, for their Hearts are Emptied of the Compassion of Man Toward His Fellow Man

Peace, mercy, and the bliss of Allaah’s pleasure within be upon you, O righteous forerunner (in faith) supporters in blessed Gaza and throughout Palestine, and upon the supporters of Allaah, Yemeni Ansarullah, and all the supporters of Allaah in the Arab and Islamic nations, and upon all the supporters of Allaah across the worlds. And may it be upon all people of compassion within the realm of human mercy, regardless of their religion or race—beloved ones of the heart of the Imam Al-Mahdi, Nasser Mohammed Al-Yamani, in all the worlds.

So be patient, persevere, remain steadfast, and stand united as one hand against the devils among mankind—the enemies of human mercy, whose hearts are harder and more merciless than stone, for their hearts are devoid of compassion of man toward his fellow man

In the Name of Allaah, and there is no power nor strength save in Allaah. So hold fast to Allaah, and know with certainty that Allaah is over all things capable—what an excellent Protector, what an excellent Helper.

Do you not see, O company of the army of believers for the liberation of Palestine in blessed Gaza, that when you confront your enemy and advance upon them with a preemptive strike, you shall indeed attain the victory of precedence? This is the promise of Allaah—and surely Allaah does not fail in His promise—for those who take the initiative with the preemptive blow, so long as you have confirmed that your enemy is preparing their forces to invade you

Behold, you have, by Allaah’s permission, vanquished the chariots of Gideon in but a single night, not because the Israeli army was unaware like on the 7th of October. The truth is they were defeated in one night and turned their backs in retreat.Although the official Israeli army, along with the reserves, were at the peak of readiness to launch an attack on Gaza, once you began confronting them, the divine law of Allaah swiftly took effect, and they turned their backs in defeat. However, this is on the condition that you do not stop advancing after them; for their flight will only continue as you pursue them by entering Ashkelon.
Therefore, do not halt your advance toward Ashkelon, but breach the borders of Israel as far as you are able. Do not repeat the error of retreating back into Gaza; rather, press forward into Ashkelon and across the borders of Israel, to the utmost of your ability, lest they rain destruction upon you and your people from the skies without mercy. Nay, go forth—youth and elderly—O company of the army of believers for the liberation of Palestine, for they —the diabolical policies of Benjamin’s government— have left you no choice but to march upon Ashkelon. Or do you suppose they show mercy to those who call upon them to incline to peace? Do you not read the Great Qur’an, wherein you find that Allaah has forbidden you to invite the aggressors among the Jews to peace—until such time as the aggressors themselves declare their inclination to peace, as do the peaceable among them—only then may you impose your conditions upon them


Therefore, do not alter the words of Allaah as do the political leaders of Hamas abroad, who are deceived by America and Israel through false Arab mediation designed only to squander time until your provisions and your weaponry are exhausted. Verily, the squandering of time is never to your advantage.

As for those who speak of a war of attrition, I say to them: let every person of sound reason and true humanity be respected, for it is not the enemy who will be worn down, but rather they will deplete the sustenance, the arms, and the supplies of the army of believers, who are already besieged by land and by sea. Do you then not comprehend that their aim is to exhaust your provisions and your weaponry so that they may annihilate both the mujahideen and the Palestinian people?

Yet congratulations to you for what you gained yesterday; continue, then, your advance and do not retreat, for retreat is not to your benefit. They shall not cast roses upon you if you remain in your homes. So fear Allaah, O company of the army of believers from among the Palestinian people, and go forth to fight in the cause of Allaah—youth and elderly alike—rather than perish from hunger. Then Allaah shall grant you a mighty and prevailing victory.

And cut off your ties with the political leadership of Hamas abroad, for indeed I am to you a sincere advisor.

We await from you confirmation of the number of new captives, if Allaah decrees that you take them captive. Verily, you slew many yesterday, and Allaah wronged them not, but they wronged their own souls
.

Nay, the true disgrace of Benjamin Netanyahu and his government lies in the killing of their own soldiers with their missiles.

What folly is this—unprecedented among all the nations of the world! Thus the satanic government has tightened a cord of evil around the neck of the Israeli army, adding to the cord of Allaah in the hands of the army of believers for the liberation of Palestine.

Behold, the Israeli government deliberately slays its own captives and its own soldiers—meaning that Allaah has chastised the Israeli army by the hands of their very government, who killed them deliberately, and slew their captives deliberately instead of rescuing them alive. So take heed, O people of insight! For you behold with your own eyes the extremist satanic occupation government killing its own soldiers intentionally under a new name—the Hannibal Protocol—a grave injustice against the Israeli army itself. Never in the wars of mankind has a government slain its own army; so reflect, O people of discernment! By Allaah, and again by Allaah, the Israeli army stands defeated in spirit, broken in morale, and utterly despairing of victory over Gaza, just as the disbelievers despair of those who dwell within the graves
.
And my counsel to the leadership in Gaza is this: let them not incline to peace until the aggressors from among the Children of Israel themselves incline to peace—and then only under Gazan conditions, for the aggressor has no right to impose any condition whatsoever. Let the political leadership of Hamas abroad fear Allaah, for they are under pressure, and let them not betray the mujahideen in Gaza, Palestine, through the false mediation and deceptive bargains of America, Israel, and Zionism, which seek to halt the jihadi operations in exchange for a partial withdrawal—this being nothing but a mere redeployment of the army of aggression, not a true inclination to peace.

It is not permissible for the Islamic movements in blessed Gaza to relinquish its governance to those who have betrayed Allaah, betrayed their religion, betrayed their nation, and betrayed their homeland. Take heed from what befell Hezbollah in Lebanon: when the Zionist enemy submitted to peace in defeat, they accepted humiliation and disgrace—yet still the Israeli army remained within the Lebanese borders. Worse still, the mujahideen who had defended Lebanon were withdrawn, and in their place the Lebanese army—who had abandoned the frontlines at the very beginning of the war—was reinstalled to deliver the Lebanese borders into the hands of the Israeli army. Such is a great national betrayal.

And is not jihad enjoined by Allaah in the Great Qur’an for none other than the defense of mankind against aggressors upon the rights of man? For indeed Allaah has joined together the disbelievers who are peaceful and humane with the believing Muslims who are likewise peaceful, uniting them as one army against the aggressors, in order to prevent corruption upon the earth—in line with the Word of Allaah the Exalted:
{أُذِنَ لِلَّذِینَ یُقَـٰتَلُونَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ ظُلِمُوا۟ۚ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ نَصۡرِهِمۡ لَقَدِیرٌ (٣٩) ٱلَّذِینَ أُخۡرِجُوا۟ مِن دِیَـٰرِهِم بِغَیۡرِ حَقٍّ إِلَّاۤ أَن یَقُولُوا۟ رَبُّنَا ٱللَّهُۗ وَلَوۡلَا دَفۡعُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلنَّاسَ بَعۡضَهُم بِبَعۡضࣲ لَّهُدِّمَتۡ صَوَ ٰ⁠مِعُ وَبِیَعࣱ وَصَلَوَ ٰ⁠تࣱ وَمَسَـٰجِدُ یُذۡكَرُ فِیهَا ٱسۡمُ ٱللَّهِ كَثِیرࣰاۗ وَلَیَنصُرَنَّ ٱللَّهُ مَن یَنصُرُهُۥۤۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَقَوِیٌّ عَزِیزٌ (٤٠) ٱلَّذِینَ إِن مَّكَّنَّـٰهُمۡ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَقَامُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَوُا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَأَمَرُوا۟ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ وَنَهَوۡا۟ عَنِ ٱلۡمُنكَرِۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَـٰقِبَةُ ٱلۡأُمُورِ (٤١)}
صدق الله العظيم
[سُورَةُ الحَجِّ: ٣٩-٤١]

Permission to take up arms is hereby granted to those who are attacked; they have suffered injustice. God has all the power to give victory (39) to those who were unjustly expelled from their homes only because they said, "God is our Lord." Had it not been for God's repelling some people through the might of the others, the monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques in which God is very often worshipped would have been utterly destroyed. God shall certainly help those who help Him. He is All-powerful and Majestic. (40)

Lo! Verily, the true abomination is aggression—when man transgresses against his fellow man by shedding innocent blood without right, or by driving them from their homes and occupying their land. Indeed, Allaah loves not the aggressors
.


And whosoever’s heart is not with miraculous Gaza and the march upon Ashkelon is not of the soldiers of the Most Merciful, but of the soldiers of Satan. So cooperate with one another in righteousness and piety, and cooperate not in sin and transgression.

Continue your advance, and do not repeat the error of the seventh of October, when you failed to carry on the march. Rather, they shall surely turn their backs in flight if the believers persist in advancing to liberate Palestine—even unto the borders of Tel Aviv, as far as you are able. Then they shall be rendered powerless to strike you from the skies. Therefore, we counsel you: do not repeat the retreat of the seventh of October, while you beheld with your own eyes that they were being routed before you—in confirmation of Allaah’s promise in the clear verses of His Great Qur’an, in His Words, the Exalted
:
{ وَعَدَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ مَغَانِمَ كَثِیرَةࣰ تَأۡخُذُونَهَا فَعَجَّلَ لَكُمۡ هَـٰذِهِۦ وَكَفَّ أَیۡدِیَ ٱلنَّاسِ عَنكُمۡ وَلِتَكُونَ ءَایَةࣰ لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ وَیَهۡدِیَكُمۡ صِرَ ٰ⁠طࣰا مُّسۡتَقِیمࣰا (٢٠) وَأُخۡرَىٰ لَمۡ تَقۡدِرُوا۟ عَلَیۡهَا قَدۡ أَحَاطَ ٱللَّهُ بِهَاۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَیۡءࣲ قَدِیرࣰا (٢١) وَلَوۡ قَـٰتَلَكُمُ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَوَلَّوُا۟ ٱلۡأَدۡبَـٰرَ ثُمَّ لَا یَجِدُونَ وَلِیࣰّا وَلَا نَصِیرࣰا (٢٢) سُنَّةَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّتِی قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِن قَبۡلُۖ وَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّةِ ٱللَّهِ تَبۡدِیلࣰا (٢٣) } صدق الله العظيم
[سُورَةُ الفَتۡحِ: ٢٠-٢٣]

God has promised that you will receive much booty. He has enabled you to receive this at this time and has protected you from enemies to make it an evidence (of the Truth) for the believers. He will guide you to the right path. (20) Besides these, there were other gains which you could not receive, but God has full control over them. God has power over all things. (21) Had the disbelievers fought against you, they would have run away from the battle and would have found no guardian or helper. (22) This is the tradition of God which existed before, and you will never find any change in His tradition. (23)

And may Allaah grant victory to the army of believers for the liberation of the Blessed Land. And I give tidings to the world of a great victory from the sky in the torment of a terrible Day. Peace be upon the messengers and all praise is due to Allaah, the Lord of the Worlds
